2003 product updates
A number of anticipated changes to the most popular software system for mortgage packagers is now available in version 6.04.
You can now email direct to clients and introducers any report or system produced document such as Word or Excel documents where the data is linked. Just think of the saving in time and money over posting or faxing, particularly if you are on broadband.
Coupled with this facility you can now have a fully electronic filing system whereby any document or report can be filed electronically on your fileserver for simple network retrieval. Furthermore with the aid of a scanner you can virtually eliminate the need for retaining paper files by filing incoming documentation that you would normally copy and keep on file. The reduction in paper and filing space is only one benefit, substantial as it is. This function will also save you huge amounts of time as it effectively wipes out the need to find a file when dealing with case queries. EVERYTHING can be stored on your server and anyone you wish can be given access to view these files. What is more they can be created in full colour for re-creation or in PDF format for emailing or printing.
If you are already on Version 6 or above and have a current maintenance contract, this is available for £395* plus £15 per user.
*£595 plus £35 per user if no current contract
Version 5 users will need to upgrade to the current version as V5 will not support this facility.
The next major step in development is an On Line tracking facility which is being developed and for which V6.04 has been designed to accommodate. To operate this facility you will require:
• Upgrade to version 6.04
• A web site
• A unix server
• Broadband access with static IP
Part of the service we will be offering to introduce this facility is the creation of your web site if needed and the installation of the UNIX server to your system and the installation of a suitable broadband service should it be available in your area.
A very major benefit to the installation of a unix server is that we will be able to offer full on-line support to your system in the event of problems together with automatic updates as they happen at no cost to you, providing you have taken out our annual maintenance contract.
